FETAL MONITORING ACCESS There is no easy access to put the fetal monitors on you while wearing the traditional hospital gown. You will have to pull the entire gown up, which will just get in the way and pulls on your neck.
With our gowns, you can unsnap a few snaps to gain this access. Our gowns are also comfortable and stylish enough to wear to your doctor and ultrasound appointments and you can simply unsnap during your checkup instead of undressing
IMMEDIATE SKIN-TO-SKIN AND BREASTEEDING ACCESS Most hospital gowns don’t have adequate access to support skin-to-skin with your newborn without having to take the hospital gown off completely. Our birthing gown allows you to unsnap the shoulder snaps & tuck your bundle inside for skin to skin, all the while keeping you covered. You can also bring your birthing dress' top back up to cover your baby will doing skin to skin.
If your hospital gown has breastfeeding access, (some don't) the bulky fabric can be difficult to maneauver. We created our gowns so that you have immediate breastfeeding access when your baby arrives into this world.
EASY EPIDURAL AND I.V. ACCESS As with the traditional hospital gown, our birthing gowns have full access for Epidural administration. The benefit of our gowns is that once the epidural is administered, you can snap your gown back up and still be completely covered. And with the easy shoulder access, your IV will not get tangled up like with the traditional hospital gown which its excess and stiff fabric.
