Returns and Exchanges

 

We want you to love your Dressed To Deliver item! If something isn’t right, return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days; please note that all tags must still be attached.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, please return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be new in packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items must be free of obvious signs of use, including dirt, pet hair, perfume, essential oils, etc. If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and forfeited, In that case a refund will not be received.

Non-returnable items:

'Surprise' and Clearance items OR any sale Items more than 25% off are not eligible for a return but may receive a store credit. Any promotional item that comes as a free item with your order must be returned for a full refund.

health and personal care items  including our Labor and Delivery Gowns, face masks, nursing pads and postpartum underwear are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to our main office. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be less standard shipping costs. In the case of a discounted shipping or free shipping your refund will be less standard shipping costs.

In the event of an exchange in size, Dressed to Deliver will provide free shipping to reship the exchange item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, Chit Chats or Canada Post, stolen or damaged packages. We highly suggested you purchase Route ($0.98)  insurance to insure your package.
