Returns Policy

 

You may return your Dressed to Deliver order within 30 days of purchase date. Products to be returned must be in new condition with tags. Customer is responsible for return postage for returns. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.  Refunds will be in the amount of the goods purchased, not including original shipping cost.

Note: the following items are non-refundable -'surprise' or clearance items, nursing pads, 3-in-1 labor and delivery gowns. These items may be eligible for a store credit if unwashed and unused.

Please include the following detail in your return:

-order number and reason for return

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PRINT on the return package  ‘CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN’ so that no duty will be charged. 

Only UseUSPSto send returns as you will have to pay brokerage fees for UPS and Fedex and these brokerage fees increase your cost significantly. 

2) email customerservice@dressedtodeliver.com with tracking number and date item was shipped and reason for return.

 

Condition of Return:

All item must be new in packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it including all original packaging with all tags attached. All items must be free of obvious signs of use, including dirt, pet hair, perfume, essential oils, etc.

If items are returned that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and forfeited, in that case a refund will not be received.

 

Due to hygienic reasons, Non-refundable items include:

-3-in-1 labor and delivery gowns

-nursing pads

as well as, 

-'surprise' or clearance items
