WHAT IS INCLUDED?
A new limited edition trendy and adorable outfit shipped to you monthly. If you subscribe this week, your first subscription will include our adorable Hello World Onesie along with a swaddle and hat set. Next month we have an adorable set for you including a surprise nursery decor item that you can frame and put in your baby's room.
Baby Milestone resources curated based on you and your baby's needs during their growth stage i.e breastfeeding tips.. sleep regression etc.

I AM ONLY NEWLY  PREGNANT WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION START?
Not a problem! Your first subscription will arrive 15 days after payment so you will receive your first Hello World Onesie and newborn swaddle and hat set  so you can be prepared for your baby's arrive. We then pause your subscription until 30 days before your baby's due date month and that is when your subscription will resume and then you will be invoiced for your next box which will ship out on the 15th of each month.


IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
 If you need to cancel your month by month subscription, please send an email to customerservice@dressedtodeliver.com to cancel.  Please note – cancellation requests much be received 14 days before your billing date (cancellations need to be received by the 1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

If you have subscribe to a 6, 9 or 12 month subscription and are looking to end your commitment with Bump Boxes today there will be a $25 USD early cancellation fee. Please reach out tocustomerservice@dressedtodeliver.com to do so.

Bundled subscriptions are paid in full and cannot be refunded.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING IN MY BOX?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, you can return* your unused, unopened item(s) and we'll give you store credit so you can pick out something you’ll love!**

*Free returns are only available in the continental US.

**Store credit can only be applied to store items, not a subscription box or add-ons.

 


HOW DOES SIZING RUN?
Sizing is based on your baby's age. We understand that your baby may not fit into size based on age so we send an SMS to ensure the sizing is correct! If it is not simply let us know and we will change your sizing!

WHAT IF MY BABY HAS GONE UP A SIZE OR IS IN A SMALLER SIZE THAN THEIR AGE?
Not a problem! We will go based on your baby's age. However, every month we send out a text reminder confirming the size that we are sending you. If that size won't work, simply reply back with the size you want  before it ships out .

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY BOX?
Your payment will draft on the 1st of each month, boxes will be packed and ready within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!
